Low Voltage XLPE PVC Insulated Armoured Flexible Electric (YJV/YJV22-0.6/1KV) Power Cable
Application:
This product is suitable for power transmission and distribution line of rated voltage (U0/U) 0.6/1.0KV line.
Technical Parameter:
When the cable is running normally, the Maximum temperature of conductor is 90℃; and is 250 ℃ when the short circuit (Max. last 5s) happens.
The ambient temperature of installation shall not lower than 0 degrees.
Minimum bending radius is 12 D (“D” refers to cable diameter)
- Complete Cable:
- One phase conductor, and one neutral conductor are insulated with Extruded Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) and jacketed with Extruded High-Density Cross-Linked Polyethylene (HDXLPE)
- Twisted cables form duplex assembly
- Manufactured and tested in accordance with ANSI/ICEA Standard S-81-570
- When specified, cable is produced in accordance with UL 854 and listed as a Type USE-2 cable
- Conductors:
- Class B compressed aluminum 1350-H19 meeting the requirements of ASTM B231 or B786
- Insulation & Jacket:
- Insulation is Extruded Black Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE)
- Jacket is Extruded High-Density Cross-Linked Polyethylene and meets requirements of ASTM D1248, Type III
- The phase conductor is black, and the neutral conductor is black identified by three extruded yellow stripes.

- Insulation/Jacket system provide high degree of protection against insulation damage
- For NEC-complying applications, the maximum conductor operating temp is 90°C in wet or dry locations
- Also suitable for non-code-complying installations with a temperature of 90°C in wet or dry locations in accordance with ICEA specifications
