Our street lighting poles can be customized in various ways according to our clients’ requests. This includes pole length, spray painted colour, shape of the pole shaft, number and style of cross arms. Please refer to the table below for further details.
1: Light pole was designed as anti-seismic 7 degrees & anti-wind 11 level, seismic intensity is B level.
2: According to the design requirements, we selecti the high quality low carbon steel Q235 for our light pole, its silicon content is not higher than 0.04%. After bending forming by a large bending machine, straightness error is not more than 0.05%.
3: Manufacturing technology: light pole was integral molding with smooth lines, light pole corrosion protection was treated by hot galvanized inside and outside, galvanized process includings pickling & hot galvanizing & washing & passivation, etc.. Conforms to the national standard GB/T13912-92. Zinc plating adhesion, conforms to the GB2694-88 request, the anticorrosion life is more than 30 years.

We cover the top and bottom parts of the pole with a mat or straw bale in order to protect it from damage to the galvanized surface that may occur during transportation. Packaging can also be done according to clients’ requirements.
