XLPE insulated power cable are used as electricity power transmission lines which applies common circumstances as below:
Mainly used for transmitting electricity power or used as control cable.
Common operating temperature up to 90°C (emergency at 130°C and short circuit 250°C), both wet or dry location.
Voltage rate 600/1Kv.
Suits for main or secondary power lines of overhead (aerial) installations, direct burial underground or in dust.
Cable trunking, cable tray, cable ladder, in tunnel or wire pipe and in switchgear and other complex operating environment.
Works perfectly after metallic sheath (metal especially aluminum clad) or metal wire armored ( especially steel wire armored – SWA) when isolation of electromagnetic effects, anti-interference, anti-jamming and additional strength are required.

Construction of underground cable
Conductors: Conductor: stranded copper
Insulation: XLPE
Armor: Aluminum wires applied helically over the Inner Covering as per IEC 60502-1, or double aluminum tapes can also be manufactured upon request.
Outer Sheath: PVC Type ST2 as per IEC 60502-1 and Type 9 as per BS 7655 coloured Black.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
All cable For exporting are well packed and protected by wooden drum or Wood and Steel Drum. The packing material is depended on the weight and size of cable. After the well packed cable drums sent to Sea Port, they are loaded into 20 FT container or 40 FT container. All cable drum are firmly fixed by safety belt to make sure, no movement during the sea freight. The size of the container is chosed according to weight of total loaded goods or as per the client's requirement.
