I. Application
Widely used in indoor and outdoor solar system equipments as installation cables.
Features: No halogens, cold resistant, UV resistant, ozone resistant and weather resistant; Flame retarded, cut resistant and penetration resistant; Cable protection level II.
Working temperature: -40℃ ~ +90℃;
Maximum temperature of conductor: 120℃ (200℃ is permitted for 5 seconds during short circuit.
Rated Voltage: AC0.6/1kV DC1.8kV
Designed lifetime: 25 years.
II. Structure
Conductor: Tinned Copper 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16mm2PV1-F
18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2mm2PV wire
Insulation: No halogens Thickness > 0.5mm, and follow clients’ requirements.
Jacket: Material without halogens Thickness > 0.5mm
Employing 150℃ bearable material with no halogens. The material uses modified polyolefin resin as principal raw material and adds no halogens fire retardant, heat stabilizer, smoke suppressor, mould inhibitor etc. and it doesn’t contain heavy metals and phosphorus and the material conforms to ROHS, with very little resistance change as immersed into water.
